In another life, I was a medical librarian.  I spent many years surrounded by medical research, and now as a retiree, I am making consumer health a focal point of my writing.  I look through a prism called health and wellness.  If you have the same vision, I hope you find something I’ve written here to be invaluable to your perspective and well-being.

I am an incurable homebody, a vegetable gardener, and a joyful adventurer in the realm of healthy cooking.  Recently, I experienced some wonderful health benefits by changing to a wheat and grain-free diet.  I sing in a choir, play with my two dogs, and meditate on the Word of God.

I hold the B.A. degree in English, and the M.L.S. (Master of Library Science) degree; also I have completed advanced graduate work in Communication Studies.
